Homogenizer Generator Shafts: How to Determine Efficiency

Homogenizers from CAT Scientific are extremely efficient. In this video we demonstrate how easy it is to thoroughly homogenize 800 mL of oil — in less than two minutes — using our X1000 Homogenizer with G20 sealed shaft fitted with a normal generator. A less sophisticated mixing method might take up to an hour or more to reach this level of homogenization. But our precision-engineered, variable-speed, high-shear homogenizers are designed to achieve thorough homogenization remarkably fast. Note that the liquid being blended also experiences a temperature rise of 30° F within a scant 90 seconds.
